We wanted to let you know about a resource that we have put together for you, our faithful volunteers, called the Volunteer Care Team. The PLN Volunteer Care Team exists to provide support and guidance to the ever-growing group of folks who spend their time serving with us .
We have built this team in order for our volunteers to have a place to process through the various scenarios
​that may arise while serving as part of the PLN community such as boundaries, conflict, and expectations.
We know that serving in the capacities that we do can sometimes be overwhelming and difficult to process.
We want to make sure that you, as volunteers, always feel supported and cared for when a difficult or traumatic situation arises. 
​Whether you have been coming to PLN for a week, a year, or a decade, this resource is open and available to you.

The members of the Volunteer Care Team are individuals who have spent years serving at PLN and are passionate about sharing what they have learned. If you would like to process through anything that you have encountered while volunteering or have questions regarding how to navigate specific scenarios or relationships with our friends, please don't hesitate to reach out!
