STABILIZATION

Our Outreach Specialists start stabilizing needs for food, clothing, survival supplies, documentation, & process challenges.

BUILDING A SUPPORT SYSTEM

Combining our work with our key partners, we provide healthy community, physical health support,
​mental health resources & counseling, education opportunities, accountability, & safety within housing. 

RESOURCE NAVIGATION

Partnering with resource navigators to provide employment support, financial education, housing placement, & long-term planning.

OUTREACH WITHIN THE
HOMEFULLNESS PROGRAM

Thursdays: We provide aid at micro-income apartment complex where many of our neighbors from the streets find their first stable home. We have become a resource and facilitator of a community gathering amongst the residents. We are building additional programming and communication with the residents and apartment management.
