Street Program
Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to go to where the most vulnerable of Nashville can be found. You'll have the chance to prepare and serve warm meals, hand out essential clothing and supplies, and offer simple human connection through conversation and presence.
It’s a powerful way to take tangible action in your city—and to experience the joy of making a real difference in someone’s life.

Learn More — Street Living and Encampments
On an average day, there are 100-150 encampments in Nashville. There isn't one reason or one solution for those staying in these encampments. There can be some very traumatic stories and experiences that led to our neighbors being in this season of life. We treat everyone with dignity and honor and allow for growth in our relationships. We do not make assumptions or judgments, but we come to listen and to help shed light on long-term resources that could possibly help with certain situations.
We specifically help with camps Downtown, in West Nashville, in North Nashville, in Donelson, and in Hermitage. We bring relief to these sites by meeting the most immediate and urgent needs first, such as food, clothing, and shelter. Once relationships are established, we begin connecting residents to vital resources necessary to help them on their journey to homefulness.

The Homefullness Journey Program
The journey toward homefullness begins by building trust through weekly outreach—meeting people where they are with food, clothing, and survival supplies. From there, our Outreach Specialists begin stabilizing urgent needs and helping individuals navigate documentation and other barriers.
With the support of our community partners, we walk alongside each person, offering physical and mental health resources, counseling, education, and healthy community. As stability grows, we connect individuals to employment support, financial literacy, and long-term planning—paving the way to temporary or permanent housing and a renewed sense of purpose and belonging.

Restoration Program
The journey from homelessness to "homefulness" is more than just finding a roof—it's about healing. This program walks with individuals during the critical transition into permanent housing, providing holistic support for the mind, body, and soul.
